“Popayán Corporation” is a non-profit entity, legally formed under the laws of the State of Maryland, in United States. Popayan Corporation is also registered with the Federal Government through an Internal Revenue Service Tax Exemption application. Popayan Corporation has no paid employees and none of the Members of the Board of Directors receive compensation or payment. All the work is voluntary.

“Popayán Corporation” has concentrated its efforts serving the most vulnerable groups in our society: children and the elderly.
